Areas of Focus
None of us fit neatly into a category.
Stress may be connected to relationships. Self-doubt may be intertwined with faith. Questions about purpose often arise during major life transitions. Together we'll pay attention to the whole of your experience while focusing on the concerns that feel most important to you.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, conscientious adults who have spent years caring for others, meeting expectations, and trying to get life "right." They often arrive feeling exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or quietly wondering if there is another way to live.
Below are some of the areas I most commonly help clients explore.
Stress, Burnout & Overwhelm
When life has asked too much of you, it's easy to become disconnected from yourself. Together we'll explore the patterns contributing to chronic stress and develop practical, compassionate ways of creating a more sustainable life.

Self-Doubt, Identity & Self-Trust
If you've spent years looking outside yourself for reassurance, therapy can help you reconnect with your own voice. Together we'll cultivate greater self-trust, discernment, and the confidence to remain connected to yourself while staying connected to others.

Life Purpose & Meaning
Life transitions often invite us to ask deeper questions about who we are and how we want to live. Therapy offers space to explore purpose, discernment, and what it means to build a life that feels deeply aligned with your values.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
For some individuals, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy can create conditions that make deeper therapeutic work more accessible. My approach is psychotherapy-centered, thoughtfully integrating medicine with preparation, relationship, and careful integration.
We are purposeful beings. What has been constructed within us over time—however confusing, limiting, or painful—has arisen in service of meeting core values and desires. Sometimes the ways we have tried to get these needs met has unintentionally done ourselves and/or others harm. We can be compassionate and honest, self-responsible and self-respecting as we unearth what is of service to fuller vitality, warmth and authenticity.
What it’s like to work together…
Together, we gently pursue what is often buried or unrealized, but undeniably present—the truth, beauty, wisdom, and love arising from within, even when they do not initially appear as such. I find that most of us do not see ourselves well through the lens of beloved wholeness: honoring the fullness of our untamed and often messy humanity right through to the indestructible, brilliant expansiveness. The profound radiance of your authentic self must develop its way into flesh, often by small, mighty steps taken by day-by-day.
As you tell your story, speak your shame, allow your doubt and grief and hiding to be witnessed, I hold you with dignity and respect. I am not afraid of uncertainty, messiness, rawness, confusion, or grief. I am not interested in you becoming someone you are not, no matter how long it takes, how much incongruity we will traverse or how many times we must repeat the practice of presence. I am interested in us gently and honestly dismantling shame, secrecy, silence, judgment, misunderstanding, fear, self-loathing and whatever stands in the way of you experiencing your authentic, beloved self.
I am not concerned that you or your story is “too much”—too broken, too humiliating, too painful, too complex, too embarrassing, too anything—to be met in relationship. All of you is seeking wholeness. All of you longs to be integrated and included—especially the parts that have been rejected, abandoned, feared, or left unknown. We move into these tender spaces at a pace that supports your regulation, safety, and ability to live your life. As we work together, you remain a choice-ful agent, held in your dignity, autonomy, and deep value.
We are purposeful beings. What has been constructed within us over time—however confusing, limiting, or painful—has arisen in service of meeting core needs and values. Let’s unearth what is of service to fuller vitality, warmth, authenticity and internal authority.
This depth work seeks to free you into more of who you feel called and long to be.
